FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to foundry production. The method provides for heating and electromagnetic treatment of melt by nano-second electro magnetic pulses. The melt is heated to 1500°C and cured under the above temperature during 5 minutes. The melt is subject to electromagnetic treatment at 1350°C during 10 minutes.
EFFECT: improved heat conductivity and heat resistance of melt.
