FIELD: mechanics, transport.
SUBSTANCE: proposed machine is designed to produce sheets intended for immediate sticking together, the said sheets being furnished with a strip of adhesive material arranged along one of their edges and a strip made from silicon material to be unstuck from the former strip. Aforesaid sheets represent either separate paper sheets or rolled paper. The proposed machine incorporates at least one applicator to apply non-adhesive material onto paper material continuously moving along the feed plane and comprising a rotary tape-holder drum arranged above the continuously moving paper material, an appliance to define the path towards aforesaid material that incorporates rollers and paper tape guide pulleys. The said applicator comprises also the device to metre out adhesive substance fed from the tank furnished with a pump to force the said substance onto aforesaid tape in the form of controlled jet. This applicator incorporates also a pressure assembly made up of a lower drive roller arranged below the paper material and a pressure roller fitted in cantilever and above, in contact with lower drive roller. Note that between aforesaid rollers, the tape carrying adhesive substance and paper material interact so that to make the tape get stuck to moving paper material.
EFFECT: easy and cheap production of sheets available for immediate sticking together.
