SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for cutting and fixing adhesive and insulating roll tapes. Device is made in the form of U-shaped bracket with cutting edge on upper part. Bracket is made from spring steel or resilient plastic. Side parts of the bracket are made with possibility of tight attachment to side parts of the tape roll, and the upper part of the bracket - with the possibility of adjoining to the belt surface and with narrowing towards the cutting edge. Cutting edge can be made with laser sharpening.
EFFECT: simplified device, even cutting with fixation of cut end of tape, at that, device after next application remains on roll for indication of cut end of tape.
