Invention can be used in laboratories engaged in tissue engineering and novel cell technologies aimed at regeneration and reparation of tissues and organs of mammals including human being.
EFFECT: obtained diploid strain of reserve stem cells represents perspective material for obtaining bone and cartilage tree-dimensional tissue transplants and their testing in animal organism.
