SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at reducing of injuries, time of performance of the method and for increasing of oncogenic safety of stem cells use. Effective objectives are achieved by the fact that in female rats induced state of pseudopregnancy, then in the uterine wall were implanted stem cells recovered from human endometrial after processing by ionizing radiation for stop proliferation.

EFFECT: proposed method is intended for development of clinical application of stem cells for treating of miscarriage and other diseases associated with violations by function endometrial tissue and failure of a decidual membrane during pregnancy.
