SUBSTANCE: segment (14) of the dispersing plate comprises radially-inner (22) and radially-outer (24) edges and multiple radially concentric rows (26) of teeth (28) and channels (30) between the said teeth. Every said channel has a bottom surface. Every said tooth has a front and rear edges, upper surface, radially-inner face passing from the channel bottom surface to the tooth upper surface and radially-outer face passing from the channel bottom surface to the tooth upper surface. Each of the tooth inner and outer faces has a groove arranged between the front and rear edges and passing from the tooth upper surface to the level between aforesaid surface and the channel bottom surface. The tooth upper surface segment is located between the inner and outer face grooves.
EFFECT: efficient removal if inks, toner and dirt in paper recovery.
