SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to segments of a disperser-refiner plate and a disperser device containing such disperser-refiner plates. The segment of the disperser-refiner plate contains gears extending from a support plate, wherein gears are arranged in rows arranged at radial intervals and occupy an area on the support plate, wherein the gear of the mentioned gears contains the gear height, walls and edges at joints of adjacent walls, while the mentioned area defines a dispersing section. Refiner knives extend from the support plate, wherein adjacent refiner knives and the support plate form a groove between adjacent refiner knives, and refiner knives form a refining section of alternating refiner knives and grooves, while the refining section is located closer to the second end of the lateral length than the dispersing section, refiner knives in the area of alternating refiner knives and grooves have the refiner knife height, and the gear height exceeds the refiner knife height. In this case, the segment of the disperser-refiner plate may contain a set of transition knives located between outer gears in the radial direction and the refining section, or a deflecting device located between the dispersing section and the refining section, while the deflecting device has a transition thickness made to connect a thinner section of the support plate under the dispersing section with a thicker section of the support plate under the refining section.
EFFECT: inventions of the group allow operators to combine dispersion with refining, providing greater control over the level of dispersion, with minimal impact on the level of refining.
