SUBSTANCE: invention relates to displaying a text in a natural language and specifically to converting the text into an image, an animation or a three-dimensional scene. A method of displaying a text includes obtaining the text in a natural language; performing automatic parsing of the text to obtain a structured semantic network; processing the parsing results to obtain objects, subjects, actions and sequences of actions; selecting a location suitable for the said objects, subjects and actions and specifying the initial arrangement of objects; generating an initial three-dimensional scene using the location, objects, subjects, actions and the initial arrangement; determining and successively recording scene changes in accordance with the sequence of actions obtained as a result of parsing; creating a video clip or a set of pictures which reproduce the said scene change in a three-dimensional scene generated earlier and displaying the video clip or a set of pictures.

EFFECT: obtaining an array of means for displaying the text written in a natural language in the form of an animated three-dimensional scene.
