FIELD: physics; computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a device for distinguishing and counting notes, with a function in which two operators can operate one device the usual way. This means there is provision for two pairs of keys, in each of which there is a command key for the process of giving commands for starting/ending the process of distinguishing and counting, and a confirmation key for confirming the counting result. Provision is given of two independent storage regions in the storage area, in which the counting result is stored. The counting result is stored in the corresponding storage region, while each storage region relates to the pair of keys, in which there is the process command key and confirmation key. Two operators can use one device for distinguishing and counting notes the usual way, through a device for switching engagement state of the device for distinguishing and counting notes, and a device for displaying the current engagement state.
EFFECT: more efficient counting and distinction of notes.
