FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: objective evidence and instrumental laboratory findings are estimated with additionally measured concentration of cerebral natriuretic peptide in blood plasma. Survival rate of the patient within any 28 months is evaluated by formula S=e(0.143*B+0.001*K)*H(t), where S is a survival rate of the patient, %, B is the patient age, years, K is a concentration of cerebral natriuretic peptide, pg/ml, H(t) is a base risk, depends on number of months (t) covered by the prediction.

EFFECT: higher prediction accuracy ensured by special algorithm of survival rate calculation within the next 28 months to a month.
