SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to cardiology. Patient with heart failure with low left ventricular ejection fraction SNfVV in the stable phase against the background of optimal therapy is determined by HDR, heart rate, the level of systolic blood pressure measured in orthostasis at 3–5 minutes, the concentration of NT-proBNP in the blood serum and calculate S(t) according to the original formula. At S(t) values, more than 80 % consider the prognosis of survival of the patient with SNF for 1 year favorable, at values from 60 to 80 % – unfavorable, less than 60 % – extremely unfavorable. Method allows to predict with high accuracy the survival of patients with HNVF within 1 year.

EFFECT: method is highly accurate and can be used in patients with non-valvular ESRFA at the age of 18 to 70 years in large cardiology centers or multidisciplinary clinics in determining indications for high-tech care.
