SUBSTANCE: as unfavourable risk factors, the presence of concentric hypertrophy (CH) of the left ventricle, the left ventricular end-diastolic volume index (LVEDVI) and the level of NT-proBNP (BNP) in the blood plasma are determined. An assessment of adverse risk factors and the calculation of the probable risk (p) are calculated according to the claimed formula.
EFFECT: method allows accurate prediction of the risk of death in patients one year after acute coronary syndrome and percutaneous coronary intervention by assessing a complex of the most significant risk factors.
