SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine and may be used for the formation of a penetration elongation in a solid tissue, particularly a mandibular bone. The device has a tubular body with a peripheral working hole and an opening. The opening is opposite to the working hole and closed with a sealing element. A tool body, e.g. a cutter, extends through the sealing element. The tubular body is provided with a binding element for internal pressure generation.
EFFECT: sealing element enables executing at least one feed motion, drive or control motion of the tool.
