FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry, and can be used in osteoplastic surgery of jaw bone defects in dental implantation, as well as in reconstructive surgery of periodontium. Method comprises detachment of mucoperiosteal flap, preparation of internal surfaces of bone bed with the help of bone replacing material until complete adherence, filling the defect with autoplasma enriched with thrombocytes and growth factors, covering the resorbable collagen membrane, reducing wound edges and closing. Bone replacing material used is a milled resorbable collagen membrane Bio-Gide pre-connected to a thrombin solution of 50 units/ml until thickened in amount of 1–5 wt%. Thereafter, the internal surface of the bone defect is closed by the produced mixture by compaction. Prepared inner area of defect is filled with thrombocyte-enriched patient's autoplasma containing nanodispersed cerium dioxide and renoplastin. Cutted in shape and size resorbable collagen Bio-Gide membrane is placed inside the defect to ensure its complete adhesion to the autoplasma. After that, the resorbable collagen membrane Bio-Gide is laid on the edges of the bone defect by the porous surface inside and overlapping the edges of defect by 3–4 mm under the mucosa. Second resorbable collagen membrane Bio-Gide is additionally placed from above in a cross-like porous surface outwards for tight fixation of the bone defect.
EFFECT: method provides reducing atrophic processes, preserving the structure of the mucous membrane, minimizing inflammatory complications in the postoperative period by optimizing reparative osteogenesis by multilayer membrane placement.
