FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming and welding, particularly, to production of high pressure welded vessels. First end base is produced as a result of welding of the lock joint of shaped and thickened parts made from pipe billets by pressing-out and machining. Then it is subject to normalization and air tests for tightness. Thin-walled shell with end bulges is made of tubular billet by rotary drawing and machining. Assembly of interlocking connection of subassembly of first end base and shell is performed by pressing method with induction heating of HDF with subsequent automatic welding of assembled joint. Second end base is made by drawing from the circle by press and mechanical processing, after which it is assembled and automatically welded with a shell.
EFFECT: high strength and accuracy of the geometric shape of the high pressure vessel.
