FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to production of various high pressure welded vessels. Thin-wall shell is made of tubular billet by rotary drawing in several passes with formation of end bulges and with separation of deformation between transitions and between deforming rollers. Machining of end bulge is performed to form welding edge, then first end base is made. Lock assembly of subassembly is assembled from first end base with thin-walled shell, automatic welding of assembled joint and high-temperature induction release of weld. A second end base is made and pressed into the shell on the side of free end with induction heating of HFC, automatic welding in the device. Normalization of the welded case, final machining and air testing for tightness is performed.
EFFECT: reduced labor input, increased rigidity of design, reduced level of residual stresses.
