FIELD: engineering industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to engineering industry and may be used at manufacturing of gear cluster of actuating mechanism for aircraft gas-turbine engines. 1st flow gear wheel rim is ground. On 1st flow gear wheel hub there performed is bevel edge and flange with thickness equal to 0.25-0.3 of mounting surface length. Bevel edge configuration of 2nd flow gear wheel hub is the same as 1st flow gear wheel hub's. The connection of 1st and 2nd flow gear wheels is performed by way of 2nd flow gear wheel mounting on 1st flow gear wheel mounting surface till full stop in the rim of the latter wheel hub. As a result there should be circular groove formed by gear wheel bevel edges. Connected gear wheels are demagnetised and 1st flow gear wheel rim is protected by cover. Electron-beam welding is performed in three stages: welding is performed at least in four equally spaced points of circular groove, gear wheels are welded along the whole grove periphery for the depth of the groove and welding is performed for the full-length of conjugated mounting surfaces of gear wheels and flange thickness. Connected gear wheels are cooled down. Processing of the gear wheels is performed by diaphragm and 2nd flow gear wheel hub lathe machining, 1st flow gear wheel hub with flange, welding joint crater and weld root removal. Finishing work is performed with 2nd flow gear wheel toothed rim.
EFFECT: reliability of gear wheels connection and accuracy of their manufacturing is increased.
