FIELD: shipbuilding; shaping of hull bottom lines of high-speed vessel with gas cavities and water-jet propulsors. SUBSTANCE: each propulsor has fairing of water scoop. High-speed vessel has hull with side bilges, skegs and transom. Bottom is provided with one or more transversal planing steps. Vessel is provided with system for delivery of air or gas forming artificial gas cavities in space between planing steps, side skegs and transom. Sections of hull bottom on either side from fairings of water-jet propulsor water scoops are provided with negative or inverted deadrise of frames. length of these sections is no less than 0.02L which is read off transom of ship's hull (L is ship's length). Width of these sections is no less than 0.02B, where B is maximum breadth of hull within which fairings of water scoops of water-jet propulsors are located. Vessel may have two and more hulls. She may be additionally provided with other propulsors. EFFECT: reduced towing resistance of vessel due to reduction of area of sections of bottom in the vicinity of water scoop of water-jet propulsor on either side from keel skeg. 12 cl, 17 dwg
