FIELD: treatment facilities.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to removing harmful impurities and microorganisms from fluid liquids and can be used for water treatment. The liquid being treated is subject to gas-dynamic dispersion which is produced by an air flow supplied to the scrubber channels inclined at the angle of 30-50° to the treated liquid surface with the speed of 10-100 m/s, with the hydraulic resistance of scrubber channels of 1.5-100 kPa and specific dispersed water flow rate of 0.1-30 kg per 1 m3 of the supplied air. The air flow supplied to the channels is preliminary ionised in inhomogeneous electrostatic field of corona discharges with the voltage between the electrodes amounting from 3 kV to 10 mln V, current between the electrodes - to 10-100 mA, electric discharge specific power - from 0.1 to 10 kW·hour per 1 m3 of the liquid being treated.
EFFECT: method ensures increase of the treatment efficiency along with the reduced power consumption.
