FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to food, fat-and-oil and pharmaceutical industry. The method includes fat-free seed production and seed oil production with seed cleaning from foreign matters. Seeds are cooled till the temperature of -18- -20°C, pressed and then fat-free seeds and oil are produced, after that oil is settles and filtered. The oil undertakes alkaline hydrolysis in the mixture of spirit, water and hydroxide of alkaline metals at the temperature of 70-100°C. After that non-polar components are extracted from the hydrolysate by means of solvent. Water solution of fatty acid salts is produced, which is used for separation of fatty acids mixture, which is dissolved in alcohol and to which carbamide is added. The obtained solution is cooled till the temperature of 10-30°C and filtered. Infiltration is steamed; remainder is mixed with water solution of mineral acid and organic solvent; solution of linolic and linolenic acids are produced. The obtained solution of linolic and linolenic acids in the organic solvent is separated from aqueous phase and steamed till the organic solvent is removed. The produced remainder is a mixture of linolic and linolenic acids.

EFFECT: invention leads to reduction of energy intensity of production process, decrease of the charge of added reagent, waste amount reduction, expansion of raw material resources, decreasing prime costs and widening of the variety of products.
