FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy and mechanical engineering field. Work piece blank is received from the steel "4Х5В2ФС", "4Ч4 ВМФС", by means of forging, negative hardening, thermocyclic treatment in atmospheric medium and hardening, additionally before the thermocyclic treatment it is implemented coarse thermocyclic treatment of stamp tool workpiece blank with heating and cooling rate 5-20°C/m and with the life N+1 on the basis of equality condition of onset phase transformation of work piece material temperatures T*(o.p.t.) and also temperatures equality completion of phase transformation T*(c.p.t.) with heating of work material and, respectively temperatures equality T*(o.p.t.) T**(c.p.t) at cooling up to work piece blank structure stabilisation of stamp tool in two sequential cycles N and N+1 and, by results of coarse thermocyclic treatment it is chosen life amount of thermocyclic treatment in atmospheric medium of work piece blanks of stamp tool, equal to N, which is implemented with heating and cooling rate 5-20°C/min, with heating temperature of work piece blanks of stamp tool in each life per 10-15°C higher temperature T*(o.p.t) for work material in corresponding life at heating on the stage of coarse thermocyclic treatment, and cooling temperature of work piece blanks in each life per 100-200°C lower the temperature T**(o.p.t) of onset phase transformation of work material of work pieces negative hardening on the basis of equality condition of temperatures of onset phase transformation, and also equality of temperatures of completion for work material in appropriate life at cooling on the stage of coarse thermocyclic treatment.
EFFECT: wear resistance increasing of stamp tool and its operation resource.
