FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to construction (repair) industry, including stacks and ventilation ducts, and rather to method of concrete laying into permanent form or in the gap between lining and carrying shaft of stacks and ventilation ducts. Heat insulating concrete laying method involves concrete laying into the space between internal surfaces of permanent form, and namely between carrying shaft of stack and lining. Perlite cement concrete with polymeric and gas- or foaming additives, which is preheated up to 50°-60°C, is used as heat insulating concrete, and internal surfaces of permanent form have been covered with polymeric adhesive compound, and have temperature that is lower than that of concrete mix, and for compacting the concrete there used is a pneumatic weight.
EFFECT: eliminating separation of plate reinforcement that represents a permanent form from concrete during shrinkage thereof.
