FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to oil production and to pumps engineering, particularly to designs and methods of fabrication of runners of immersed multi-staged centrifugal pumps operating under complex conditions, notably, for fabrication of corrosion and wear resistant pumps. The runner is made with a circular slot wherein a back-up plate is installed. Coating out of antifriction polymer material providing protection from corrosion and scales is applied on the surface of the runner and the external surface of the back-up plate. Coating is applied in form of a continuous layer facilitating protection of whole surface of the back-up plate from access of formation fluid. The object of the inventions is upgraded reliability and operation life of the pump owing to increased tribotechnical properties of the friction unit of the runner and owing to resistance of the back-up plate to swelling in a formation fluid medium without increasing hardness of back-up plate material; simultaneously resistance of the runner and back-up plate to corrosion and scale is facilitated.
EFFECT: increased reliability and operation life of pump, facilitation of resistance of runner and back-up plate to scale.
