SUBSTANCE: invention relates to shot throwing appliances incorporating neither explosive nor combustible throwing charge. The proposed system comprises resilient elements fitted on their attachment assembly and having four unfastened ends with bowstring passage members with bowstring passing there through. The system additionally incorporates the bowstring pullback members arranged on the resilient elements attachment assembly. Aforesaid bowstring is located in its passage members so that it features no diagonal crossover, while the plane perpendicular to resilient elements location plane and passing through the axis of symmetry of aforesaid elements intersects the bowstring at one point.

EFFECT: increased rate of throwing, accuracy and closely-grouped hits, smaller sizes.
