SPIRAL RESILIENT ELEMENTS FOR FIRING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC F41B5/00

Abstract RU 2574871 C2

FIELD: weapons and ammunition.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to firing means, particularly, to resilient firing means. Claimed device consists of one spiral resilient element (1) arranged at the body (4) of firing device (S). Said resilient element (1) is secured by one end to the firing device (S). The opposite end of said resilient element is connected with the string (3) that changes from the idle position to stretched position at twisting and contracting of the spiral resilient element (1). Every element consists of the spiral plate, its first central end (1b) being secured relative to the body (4) of the firing device (S) while the opposite end (1d) includes the string (3) fasteners (1e).

EFFECT: decreased force to be applied at resilient element contraction, higher rate of fire.
