FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to pulmonology, and is intended for predicting the course of bronchial asthma (BA) during pregnancy. Define form and control of BA, presence of cardiovascular diseases, the social status of a pregnant woman. Using methods of functional diagnosis, determine the level of nitric oxide in the exhaled air (NOex), examine the level of homocysteine, vitamin D in the serum. Polymorphism of the genes eNOS 894, MTHFR677, MTR 2756 and MTRR 66 is determined. Values obtained are included in discriminant equation. At Df>-1, deterioration of the course of BA during pregnancy is predicted. For Df<-1, improvement of the course of BA during pregnancy is predicted.
EFFECT: invention provides increase in accuracy of predicting the course of asthma due to additional introduction of clinical and anamnestic data and quantitative diagnostic indicators.
