FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to infectious diseases. Method includes investigation of patient's biological liquid by method of solid immuno-enzymatic analysis, cytokins being detected in patient's bullosecontent; sampling of content from bullae of large size, with diametre exceeding 2 cm, is carried out by means of syringe; if size of bulls is 2 cm and less, and in case of high viscosity degree of bull content, bullae are punctured, blotted with filtering paper of size not less than 1.0x1.0 cm, which is then put into physiological solution, and if there are open moist bullae, content is blotted with filtering paper without preliminary puncture.
EFFECT: extending spectrum of investigation of inflammatory process dynamics by estimation of bullous content in bullae of any size
