SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to application of device location, which is defined on the basis of environment signals, for initiation of functional capabilities of specified device resources control. Technical result is achieved by the facts that device approximate locations are used, which are defined by changes in perceived level of radio signals in different locations. Approximate locations of device are based on procedures of logical deduction, which are used for processing of external signals of commercial broadcasting, in order to assess location or distribution of device location probabilities. Also approximate locations of device deduced by methods of education and logical deduction are applied to ranking vector for ranking of signal level vectors. Several services concentrated in location are supported, including reception of information defined with certain location, such as messages about traffic, emergency information, transmission about device location, and offers that depend on time, such as discounts offered by enterprises.

EFFECT: expansion of specified device functional resources.
