FIELD: physics; image processing.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to wireless communication engineering and can be used for digital television broadcasting in "НДТУ" format. Technical outcome is achieved through that the transmitting side the television broadcasting system comprises three coders, a CID matrix is included in the photoelectric transducer and the transmitter has two channels. On the receiving side there are three decoders, three accumulators of frame codes, three generators of control signals and a device for displaying video information in form of a flat-panel light-emitting diode screen.
EFFECT: simpler photoelectric transducer, reduced power consumption of the system and increased brightness of the image.
