FIELD: communication means.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to radio communication technique and may be employed for digital television broadcasting. Result is achieved through introduction of three video signal analog-to-digital converters (ADC) and of six coders into the stereo-television system on the transmitting side, introduction of two CID matrixes into photoelectric converter, on the receiving side there are introduced two receiving registers, the second three colour signals channels of the left frame of the stereo-pair, and control signal conditioner is introduced into every colour signals channels of the left and right frames of the stereo-pair.
EFFECT: three times reduced power consumption of the system during transport-reception of video information due to radio signal transmission through the single radio link and its reception by one receive path.
