FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for preseeding treatment of seeds, including those having a hard shell, and can be used in agricultural production. The plant comprises a housing of ultra-high frequency chamber, in which upper part the flares are attached, interconnected by a square ultra-high frequency wave guide. At the end of the ultra-high frequency wave guide a matching device is mounted and it is connected to the power unit. The latter is connected to the control box of the ultra-high frequency generator. Inside the housing of the ultra-high frequency chamber a conveyor belt is mounted, and in the lower part of the ultra-high frequency chamber housing a storage hopper is placed with a slide gate. The plant is additionally provided with a hopper, a metering unit of the bucket-elevator, a bucket-elevator and a divider connected to the bucket-elevator and working ultrasound chamber, at which output a screw conveyor is installed of with a perforated chute. The ultrasound chamber is connected to the lower expansion tank through the filter and the upper expansion tank through the pump. The screw conveyor with a perforated chute is connected with the storage channel to the housing of the ultra-high frequency chamber. At the lower part of the channel the adjustable valve is located, designed for supplying seeds into the ultra-high frequency chamber, and on the outer side of the storage channel an electric heater is mounted. The divider is connected with the pipe and the valve to the storage channel in front of the ultra-high frequency chamber.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables to increase the quality of seeds and their germinating capacity.
