SUBSTANCE: method provides for spring onions cutting and freezing, pickled cucumbers cutting. The specified ingredients are mixed without oxygen access with "Yuzhny" sauce, table salt and calcium gluconate. Hazel grouse meat is cut and fried in margarine. Hazel grouse meat, obtained mixture and mayonnaise are vacuum-sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
