FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: method provides for pheasant flesh cutting and frying in margarine. Cucumbers and tomatoes are cut and blanched, lettuce is cut and frozen, pickled cucumbers are cut. Cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, pickled cucumbers are mixed without oxygen access with "Yuzhny" sauce, table salt and calcium gluconate to obtain garnish. Pheasant flesh is cut and packed with garnish and mayonnaise, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: improved digestibility as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
