FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine namely to traumatology. An apparatus comprises an ilium support and a femur support, Shanz screws for whirlbone and inferior one-third of femur with free ends being threaded, Shanz screws for iliac bone, fixation joints of Shanz screws for whirlbone and inferior one-third of femur with threaded free ends, as well as Shanz screws for iliac bone. Ilium and femur support represent two bars with their near ends interconnected and their distant ends connected by a third bar to form a triangular frame. All the bars are interconnected with fixation joints for two bars. It is possible for distraction loading of the support bar towards the axis of femoral neck. Fixation joints of Shanz screws for for whirlbone and inferior one-third of femur with threaded free ends are mounted on the femur support bar. Fixation joints of Shanz screws for iliac bone are mounted on the ilium support bar. Fixation joints of Shanz screws for whirlbone and inferior one-third of femur with threaded free ends and Shanz screws for iliac bone comprise a cradle with a plate and a cylindrical enclosure. In the cradle and the plate there are provided coaxial central holes and clamping holes for said screws located from the side of their conjugate planes. The cylindrical enclosure is supplied with an executed eccentric cross hole for the bar with two tail pieces fastened to the enclosure from its two end faces respectively, with an outside detent pin and with a cylindrical cap. The latter advances through one tail piece while being located on the enclosure and recessed symmetrically round for the bar, with a coupled protruding rectilinear site, and with a guide groove on the inner surface for the detent pin. The cradle with the plate is arranged from the opposite end face of the enclosure and are fastened by a threaded connection with other tail piece. Nuts are screwed on the threaded free ends of Shanz screws for whirlbone and inferior one-third of femur from two sides of clamping holes for said screws so that Shanz screws for whirlbone and inferior one-third of femur reciprocate towards the axis of femoral neck.
EFFECT: in treatment of injured acetabulum floor with whirlbone protrusion towards pelvic cavity, the invention ensures intraoperative precision transfer of femur fixed with whirlbone and inferior one-third from pelvis along the axis of femoral neck for primary joint unloading, and provides graduated postoperative precision transfer of femur for supporting unloading.
