FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used in treating transacetabular displaced pelvic fractures. The apparatus includes the interconnected pelvic and femoral subsystems of the external fixation apparatus. The pelvic and femoral subsystems of the external fixation apparatus are connected by a repositioning assembly consisting of three links: proximal, median and distal. The proximal link consists of a single bar with holes at the ends: one hole for rigid connection with the pelvic component of the external fixation apparatus, the other hole for movable connection with the median link. The median link consists of two equivalent bars with five symmetrical holes for setting the value of displacement by moving the bar of the distal link. The distal link includes one bar with a hole in the proximal part, serving for connection with the bar of the median link, and two holes in the distal part for rigid connection with the femoral component of the external fixation apparatus. The bars of the proximal and distal links are configured to rotate between the bars of the median link using threaded connection axles, the free ends whereof are covered with protective sleeves, and a lever is installed on the protective sleeves, configured for smooth and arc-like movement of the repositioning assembly between the fixed initial and restored positions, made in the form of a bar, the free end whereof is provided with an oval cutout.
EFFECT: ensured stable fixation for the duration of rehabilitation by single-stage elimination of displacement of bone fragments and early verticalisation of the patient.
