FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. Endoprosthesis comprises a pelvic component, a head, a neck, a trochanteric part, a leg with spring-loaded stop elements, and an axial rod. Said stop elements are made of a tube longitudinally stripped with each strip being attached to the related flat C-spring in the midportion. Springs are obversed with their convex surface. The proximal ends of springs are rigidly connected with the trochanteric part, while distal ends are attached to tail of the leg. The rod is mounted in a guide hole of the trochanteric part. The proximal end of the rod is provided with a faceted head arranged in a recess on the distal surface of the trochanteric part. The distal threaded end of the rod interacts with a reverse thread of the hole in the leg tail. Between proximal end faces of the stop elements and the trochanteric part from one side and distal end faces and the leg tail from the other there are clearances provided.
EFFECT: invention provides improved clinical outcome ensured by higher stability of endoprosthesis leg fixation along the full length of intramedullary canal of hip.
