FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has pelvic part, head, neck, trochanteric region, pedicle, end part and cylindrical compression spring. The pedicle is made as rod with faceted head and threaded end. The trochanteric region has cylindrical portion and canal for rotatably receiving proximal portion of the rod. The end part is cylinder with sharp end and dead threaded hole for receiving the threaded rod end. The cylindrical compression spring is mounted on the rod between the trochanteric region and end part. External spring diameter is equal to the external diameters of trochanteric region cylindrical portion and end part cylinder. The trochanteric region and end part have anti-rotation combs.
