FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to cutting, five-axis milling, tool is moved relative to detail at least by one, defined by reference points. In reference point tool paths it is defined tool vector in the form of supply angles to the detail and slope angles relative to detail, for each reference point on the basis of defined angles, and also defined for each reference point of control vector, which vectors tool path in particular reference point, it is defined normal vector, with for each reference point at first at the first stage tool vector for particular reference point are turned back around corresponding control vector by value of particular slope angle of tool relative to detail and it is received the first intermediate vector for particular reference point, then at the second stage it is calculated crossproduct by means of multiplication of the first intermediate vector for particular reference point and control vector and it is received the second intermediate vector, and after it at the third stage the first intermediate vector for particular reference point is turned backwards around the second intermediate vector for the same point per value of particular angle tool advance to the treated detail. Facility contains programmer for programming by reference points by at least one tool path. For achieving of the same technical result it is implemented with ability of programming for each reference point of tool path of tool vector in the form of angles of its advance and slopes relative to details. With programmer there are functionally related facilities for definition for each reference point of control vector and normal vector, passed in facility of three-dimensional correction with allowance per radius of milling cutter.
EFFECT: implementation of correction with allowance per radius of milling cutter.
