FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to protection of metals from corrosion in acidic, and water-saline mediums. The method includes interaction of polyamines with oleic acid at mole ratio 1:1, temperature 140 - 160 °C during 3-4 hours, holding of reaction mixture during 1 hour at temperature 160 - 180 °C, alkylation of produced amide of oleic acid with chloride benzyl at temperature 60 - 80 °C at mole ratio of amide and chloride benzyl 1:1-3 during 4-6 hours. Produced amide alkylated with chloride benzyl is used as an active medium in composition of inhibitor of acidic corrosion at a following ratio of components, wt %: active base 15.0-20.0, alcohol 10.0-40.0, urotropin 2.0-5.0, water - the rest. As polyamines polyethylenepolyamine or polypropylene-polyamine are used, and as alcohol methanol, ethanol, propanol or isopropyl alcohol are used.
EFFECT: increasing inhibitor properties, reducing cost and expanding source of raw materials of corrosion inhibitors.
