FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to protection of metals from corrosion in acidic highly mineralised water-saline mediums. The method consists in interaction of poly-propylene-poly-amine with carbonic acids at mole ratio of 1:1 and temperature 140 - 160 °C during 6-8 hours, in alkylation of produced amides of acids with chloride benzyl at temperature 60 - 80 °C and mole ratio of amide and chloride benzyl 1:1-4 during 4-8 hours, then in utilising produced product as an active base in composition of inhibitor of acidic corrosion at the following ratio of components, wt %: active base 14 - 25, hydrochloric acid 15 - 25, isopropyl alcohol 9-15, formalin 8-14, urotropin 1-2, dispergator (OP-7 or OP-10) 1-2, water- the rest. As poly-propylene-poly-amine there are used 2,5-di-methyl-1,4,7-tri-amino-heptane, 2,5,8-tri-methyl-1,4,7,10-tetraminodecan, 5-methyl-1,4,7,10-tetraminodecan or process mixture of poly-ethylen-poly-amine, while as carbonic acids there are used the highest α-branched mono-carbonic acids with atoms of carbon C6-28 or oleic acid.
EFFECT: upgrading inhibitor properties, reducing cost and expanding source of raw materials for corrosion inhibitors.
