FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: optic electronic device for quality control of articles with internal thread includes basement, mobile carriage moving along longitudinal axis of article under control and featuring electric drive for shifting, platform mounted on moving carriage, optic mechanical unit mounted in bearings on the platform and featuring electric drive for rotation around its longitudinal axis, rotation angle sensor and first optic electronic head positioned inside article under control and comprised by narrow light beam generator, multielement photo receiver and two lenses. Optic electronic head is made in the form of hollow case with slit in side part for output and reception of emission from narrow light beam source. Lenses of first optic electronic head maintain triangulation optic communication of multielement photo receiver with narrow light beam source through threaded surface of article under control, and personal computer (PC) with inputs connected to outputs of multielement photo receiver, linear movement sensor and rotation angle sensor, and outputs connected to shift and rotation drives. Optic mechanical unit is made in the form of spindle with its shaft mounted in bearings on the platform and with vertical shift aggregate. Spindle head is made in the form of disk with guide lines formed by oblong recess in diagonal direction. First optic electronic head is made in the form of semicylindrical case with its end installed in oblong recess of the disc and connected to device for adjustment of distance to threaded surface of article under control. Mobile carriage is positioned on vertical shift aggregate which is attached to basement.
EFFECT: extended diametre range of controlled couplings, enhanced operation speed of device.
