FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to transport machine building, namely to methods for determination of vehicle front observability. Method provides for installation of level inside vehicle with the possibility that provides for its displacement in three directions. Measurements are carried out with the help of level by means of directing of crossing of vertical and horizontal projected line on object that limits observability. Data received as a result of measurements are used to build diagrams of front observability and table of parametres that characterise front observability.
EFFECT: provision of higher accuracy and convenience of measurements, and also increased safety of vehicles operation.
