SUBSTANCE: there is disclosed method of glucose analysis for hormonal to genotoxic effect ratio for the examined patients in glucose tolerance test. It involves combined observation of stimulation rate of reactive oxygen formation in mononuclear leukocytes that is coefficient R, reactive insulinemia intensity that is coefficient I, and coefficient K characterising P to A ratio by 120 minute of the test. If K exceeds 0.5, genotoxic effect of glucose over hormonal is considered to prevail.
EFFECT: invention ensures optimised estimation of glucose for hormonal to genotoxic effect ratio for the examined patients in glucose tolerance test that is directly related to probable correcting therapy.
