SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to communication engineering. Invented is a method and device for hybrid multiple-address and single-address transfer in a data transfer network. The method includes a stage for calculating the index for losses on multiple-address transfer and an index for losses on single-address transfer, which are related to multiple-address and single-address data transfer. The method also involves a stage for determining whether the index for losses on multiple-data transfer is less than the index for losses on single-address transfer and a stage for making a transfer schedule, which sets the time for carrying out multiple-address data transfer on the data transfer network, as well as a stage for transfer of the transfer schedule and a stage for multiple-address data transfer in accordance with the transfer schedule.
