SUBSTANCE: receiving device receives notification message from broadcasting system. Message analyser analyses notification message received through receiving device as per certain format. Controller determines that received notification message is the notification message which should be used by user or notification message which should be used by terminal on the basis of notification message content analysed using message analyser and executes operation according to determination result.
EFFECT: providing possibility to set clearly notification message formats and to work on the basis of message formats.
