FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: carrots, parsley root and raw onions are cut, browned in melted butter and strained. Meat is cut and minced, fresh green peas and green are frozen, wheat flour is browned in melted butter. The said components are mixed with milk, bone broth, tomato paste, sugar, table salt, citric acid and carbon dioxide extracts of the black bitter pepper and the bay leaf. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: this serves to extend and diversify the range of methods and foodstuff used for production of new preserves for space meals with improved digestibility from 1,0·105 to 1,3·105 comparing with similar dish.
