FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: formulation ingredients are pre-processed according to the traditional technology. Carrots, onion and white roots are cut, browned in melted butter and strained. Champignon mushrooms and lemons are cut, blanched and minced. Asparagus is exposed to freezing, preferably at slow rate, and minced. Wheat flour is sauteed in melted butter. Fish fillet is minced. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with fish broth, tomato paste, sugar, culinary salt and CO2-extracts of bitter black pepper and laurel leaf. The resultant mixture is packaged in aluminium tubes, vacuum-sealed and sterilised which finally yields the target finished product.

EFFECT: invention allows to increase digestibility of prepared product.
