SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of production of fish and vegetable preserved food for space meals. Method involves preparation of recipe components, cutting, blanching and mincing of onion and white roots, cutting, blanching and slashing of field mushrooms and lemons. Then asparagus is frozen and slashed, wheat flour is sauteed in melted butter and fish fillet is slashed. The above-mentioned ingredients are mixed with fish broth, white dry wine, culinary salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of bitter black pepper and laurel leaf. The obtained mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, pressurised and sterilised.
EFFECT: increased digestibility of space meal preserves as compared to similar pre-cooked foods.
