FIELD: food-processing industry.
SUBSTANCE: in compliance with this method, first, formulation components are prepared. A parsley root and onions are cut, blanched and grated. Carrots are blanched and grated. Horse-radish is blanched and minced. Greens and fresh grains of green peas are frozen and minced. The tongue is minced. Wheat flour is blanched in melted butter. The listed components are mixed up with a sour cream, table salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of bitter black pepper black and bay leaves. Thus produced mix is packed into in aluminium squeeze tubes to be, finally, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: canned food that features better digestibility.
