FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of manufacturing meat-and-vegetable canned food for space meals. The tinned food is made by cutting, blanching and straining parsley roots and raw onions, blanching and straining carrots, blanching and mincing horse-reddish, freezing and mincing fresh green peas and herbs, mincing tongue, browning in melted butter wheat flour, mixing listed ingredients with sour cream, milk, sugar, table salt, citric acid and CO2-extract black pepper and laurel leaf. The mixture is packed in aluminium tubes, sealed and sterilised.
EFFECT: use of invention allows manufacturing of canned food for space meals with increased digestibility.
